Here’s hoping we both have families full of healthy babes.Mama Smithhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17489450713167896817noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-19766666724444291.post-6778285118341421782017-11-30T00:20:27.244-05:002017-11-30T00:20:27.244-05:00I looked into your blog after reading a feature ab...I looked into your blog after reading a feature about your Dad on The Ma Books. About that time I saw you were struggling through a tough pregnancy, and your blog got silent so I was wondering how you all were doing. I recently have had some health issues pop up with my child, and we struggled everyday. Even me, because I was very worried and the worry made it all the more to bare through. But for the first time I had a bit of peace about it only because I remembered something Yoko Ono tweeted. (In fact, if you head to her twitter, which is intensely positive it will make you feel better). But it was something about if someone is worrying you or on your mind in a negative way, think of them smiling. This was said I think in reference to frustrating relationships, but our relationships with our bodies can equally be frustrating, especially when someone is not well. Tell her her body is strong. When you are stressed or worried, think of her smiling and almost instantly you will be smiling. It's so simple and it did help me a lot. :) Try it. xx much love from my family to yours xx all the bestLaurennoreply@blogger.com
