This has been a wonderful holiday season for us, but I think most people need some time to decompress and regroup after all the goodness and chaos that is this time of year. We're also struggling with the winter weather vs. toddler needs. Signing Ezra up in a couple of classes throughout the week has saved my sanity these last couple of months. We're able to get out of the house, socialize, and hopefully gain some skills. With these bitterly cold days I've learned there's only so much reading, playing, crafting that I can manage indoors! Here's to warmer weather and happy toddlers! Hope she grows out of this soon.

(I tried giving her what I was eating this AM, which was scrambled eggs with chopped spinach.. something she's gobbled up before and she wasn't having it. So I ate hers plus my portion! That seems to be happening a lot lately. ;-) Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15412449261458062656noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-19766666724444291.post-63704177234808656552013-01-06T13:24:45.616-05:002013-01-06T13:24:45.616-05:00Oh my, I couldn't get the tree and decorations...Oh my, I couldn't get the tree and decorations put away fast enough. But Andrew surprised me when I went out to grab a cup of coffee. Took the whole thing down, including all the stockings and other junk. Ready to move on! I love the pictures of Wyatt playing, he looks like he's a concentrated player. Oh, and snow! Can't wait to see all your snow pictures. I just did a huge dump of snow pictures from visiting back home :) You can send your snow here, it's unfortunate how little snow middle Missouri gets.Ruthiehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17030289955645949644noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-19766666724444291.post-4488542402682308862013-01-04T08:53:17.522-05:002013-01-04T08:53:17.522-05:00The toys in the last photo are adorable. Hubby carried the tree outside as I wrote on my blog - I swear half of it ended up on the floor at the same time... I´ve never had a tree that dropped so many needles before, it was insane! :-Dtinajohttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11107966080559159842noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-19766666724444291.post-46450319451688373272013-01-03T23:28:05.605-05:002013-01-03T23:28:05.605-05:00Lilly.. It felt a little nutty at the time, but when I woke up the next morning and he had already returned it to the woods? I felt fantastic. And I think Gus and Little S might be similar, too! "No, mama. Cold. Wet." And sometimes he even throws an eye roll my way! Have fun this weekend. Enjoy the snow.Juliehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09987265114416279020noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-19766666724444291.post-18615482894356907162013-01-03T22:47:54.369-05:002013-01-03T22:47:54.369-05:00That's a good looking lunch! That's a good looking lunch! He was really good at ...Yes, he did and still does! He was really good at first, but at about 10 months he got sick and after that refused almost everything for months. He lost weight and is already small and I was so worried. I made him all kinds of food and finally got him to eat muffins. It was pretty maddening, but he grew out of it and while he is still picky and changes his mind, he's pretty decent. I usually just give him a small portion of whatever I'm eating, James is more indulgent and makes cute little meals for him :) Don't worry, just keep trying things and eventually she will broaden her horizons. It can be really frustrating!Mama Smithhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17489450713167896817noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-19766666724444291.post-35353191759224962102013-01-03T22:16:28.921-05:002013-01-03T22:16:28.921-05:00That little toddler lunch looks amazing.
